  • Descrizione: Nikos, sion of a wealthy family, is kicked out of the house by his father, leading him to take the wrong road in life and to lose enormous amounts of money gambling. So one night, with the help of his friend Kostas, he sneaks into his father’s office and steals his late mother’s valuable jewelry. A childhood friend of his, Rika, tries to put him back on the straight and narrow, but she is led astray herself as she follows him, abandoning his honest and hard-working brother Giorgos, with whom she was emotionally involved. Giorgos, on his side, tries to talk some sense into Nikos, but to no effect. Last act: Nikos takes part in a major robbery by order of the Simademenos (=Scarred) owner of a bar, but clashes with him and is killed.
